JLWC Return Policy
Orders made through JL Wig Consulting are eligible for returns or exchanges ONLY during the client's delivery appointment. Because wigs and toppers are considered hygienic and specialty items, all return and exchange policies at JLWC are set by the manufacturers we partner with. We follow their guidelines carefully to ensure product integrity and client safety. These policies are as follows:
DANIEL ALAIN (FOLLEA)
All returns or exchanges will be subject to a $100.00 re-stocking fee per piece and must be returned within 10 days of purchase. All pieces must be returned in their original "like new" condition, i.e., unaltered, odor fee and undamaged. Special or custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Special orders will include any sizes beyond extra small, small, and medium.
ELLEN WILLE and ENVY HAIR
ELLEN WILLE and ENVY do not accept returns but will exchange an item for another of equal value. Clients will be charged $35.00 to cover the shipping costs of the exchange. All pieces must be returned in their original "like new" condition, i.e., unaltered, odor fee and undamaged.

Limitation of Liability & Damage Disclaimer
JL Wig Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or misuse of any wig, topper, or hair product sold. Once a product is delivered and accepted, JLWC is no longer responsible for any damages that occur as a result of improper care, alterations, environmental factors, or wear and tear.
If a product is suspected to be defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can assess the issue. Suspected defects will be reviewed and, if necessary, submitted to the manufacturer for further evaluation under their warranty or damage policy. Please note that many types of damage may be repairable. We are happy to guide you through care, repair, and maintenance options when applicable.
