Policies

Orders made through JL Wig Consulting are eligible for returns or exchanges ONLY during the client's delivery appointment. Each of our suppliers have return policies unique to them. These policies are as follows:

DANIEL ALAIN (FOLLEA)

All returns or exchanges will be subject to a $100.00 re-stocking fee per piece and must be returned within 10 days of purchase. All pieces must be returned in their original "like new" condition, i.e., unaltered, odor fee and undamaged. Special or custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Special orders will include any sizes beyond extra small, small, and medium.

ELLEN WILLE​​ and ENVY HAIR

ELLEN WILLE and ENVY do not accept returns but will exchange an item for another of equal value. Clients will be charged $35.00 to cover the shipping costs of the exchange. All pieces must be returned in their original "like new" condition, i.e., unaltered, odor fee and undamaged.
