Welcome to JL Wig Consulting (JLWC). By accessing or using our website https://www.jlwigconsulting.com or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Offered

JL Wig Consulting provides:

  • Private in-person and virtual consultations

  • Wig and topper education and fittings

  • Sales of high-quality human hair and synthetic wigs

  • Hair loss guidance and referrals

We reserve the right to update or change our services at any time.

2. Appointments & Consultations

  • Consultations must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may result in a fee or refusal of future services.

  • All consultation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • We accept payment via secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Square).

  • Wigs and hairpieces are final sale due to hygiene and customization. See policies for more information.

  • JLWC does not offer refunds on worn or altered wigs.

  • A deposit may be required to hold certain orders or appointments.

4. Product Information & Availability

We do our best to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date. However:

  • Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice.

  • JLWC is not liable for slight differences in color, length, or density due to the nature of human hair and synthetic products.

5. Client Responsibility

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information during consultations

  • Follow care instructions for wigs and toppers

  • Use products and services for personal, non-commercial purposes only

JLWC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, abusive, or non-compliant with our policies.

All content on this site—including logos, images, videos, written material, and product descriptions—is the property of JL Wig Consulting (unless otherwise stated) and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

JL Wig Consulting is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to wig materials or adhesives

  • Improper application or care by the client

  • Loss or damage caused by third-party services or products

All services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
