Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing JL Wig Consulting for your wig and topper needs. To ensure a smooth and transparent booking process, please review the following policy: Booking Deposit A deposit is required to secure your JLWC Experience appointment. This deposit demonstrates your commitment to the scheduled appointment and allows us to prepare the best possible service for you. Application of Deposit The deposit will be applied toward the purchase of a wig or topper: On the date of your in-person appointment. If a wig or topper is purchased within one week (7 calendar days) following the appointment. Non-Purchase Policy If a wig or topper is not purchased either: On the scheduled appointment date, or Within one week (7 calendar days) after the appointment, the deposit will be retained by JL Wig Consulting as payment for time, travel, and the personalized services provided during your consultation. Rescheduling and Cancellations Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to ensure your deposit is transferred to the new appointment date. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. By booking your JLWC Experience, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
